Approach

How an engagement runs.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined arc, from written authorization to a retest that verifies the fix. No improvisation on the parts that matter legally, full adversary creativity on the part that matters operationally.

Methodology

Assess. Identify. Attack. Debrief.

01 Assess

Scope and authorize

Objectives, boundaries, rules of engagement, written authorization from an executive empowered to grant it.

Outputs: Scope / RoE / Authorization
02 Identify

Reconnaissance

Open-source and on-site analysis. We find the paths before we test them.

Outputs: Recon Summary / Test Plan
03 Attack

Controlled testing

Adversarial execution under agreed conditions. Evidence collected throughout, client contact protocol live the entire window.

Outputs: Evidence Log
04 Debrief

Findings and roadmap

Ranked by exploitability and business impact, with remediation and retesting to verify the fix.

Outputs: Report / Brief / Retest
Rules of Engagement

The boundaries every engagement runs inside.

Adversarial testing only works when the rules around it are rigid. These four are fixed on every engagement, agreed in writing before anyone touches a door.

/01 Authorization

Nothing runs without paper.

No test begins without written authorization from an executive empowered to grant it. Operators carry engagement documentation at all times during testing.

/02 Insurance

Covered, and provable.

Engagements are conducted under active liability coverage. Certificates of insurance are provided during scoping, before anyone touches a door.

/03 Confidentiality

Findings go to named contacts only.

NDAs are standard. Report handling, transmission, and retention are agreed in advance and followed exactly.

/04 Conduct

If a control stops us, that's a finding.

No damage to property, no coercion of staff, no testing outside agreed scope. Positive performance by your people gets reported too.

Outcome

What you leave with.

Every engagement ends the same way: ranked findings with evidence, an executive brief for the people who control budget, a remediation roadmap with realistic cost bands, and a retest to confirm what was fixed stays fixed.

Positive performance gets documented too. If a control or a person stops us, that goes in the report as the win it is.
